My son was scared of the pool, Andy and Brian managed to coax him in after 14 minutes and now, Gavin enjoys swimming the classes are fun and he now asks when can I go swimming Mum.

The swimming was what I though was my worst event so I got some help.  I was given the number of a triathlon swimming coach our own Brian Fernie.

Within about 6 weeks I was probably swimming twice as fast as I could have and could cover

maybe 4 times the distance

Both my children (5 + 7 yrs) have attended other swim schools in the past. I can honestly say they have both made remarkable progress during their time with SOS  due to the high standard of Instruction given by the Instructors, unlike previous clubs or programmes they attended prior to SOS.
