Land Training £40.00 per hour Max 10 Swimmers per Session, 12 week contract 1 hour session per week; if more sessions are required please contact the office for personal quotation and an invoice will be supplied for payment.

The Programme includes;

• Individual fitness assessment for each swimmer;

• group circuit training;

• core stability;

• strength training;

• hypertrophy;

• cable work;

• functional training

• and tailored programmes

1 Hour Club Training

T.O.D Coaching Ltd currently does not provide a refund policy once course or sessions are booked and paid in full, owing to the high demand for our trainers and current waiting lists.
